Office manager
Donna Collier, our dedicated home inspector coordinator, assists with scheduling your home inspection and assisting you when you call the office. Her experience comes from having worked in home inspections since 2015 in the Southwestern Michigan area. She enjoys working with real estate agents and helping excited first-time home buyers on their path to home ownership.
In her personal life: She lives in Schoolcraft, Michigan, with her husband, Duane, and their two puppies Lily (in photo) and Miss Molly. They love to ride their trikes on local biking trails. The dogs come with them too in their own little pull-behind carrier! They are big kids when riding our trikes! They look forward to assisting you when you call Anchor Home Inspections.

Greg Hill
Southwest Michigan Home Inspector
Greg Hill is a Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) in Kalamazoo, Michigan and has been inspecting homes since 2016. He is a graduate of Hope College. Prior to starting his home inspection career, he worked in the hospitality and public relations fields.
Greg’s passion for building and woodworking led him to a career in home inspection. He is a highly skilled inspector with a keen eye for detail. He is also a patient and knowledgeable educator, and he enjoys helping his clients understand the condition of their homes.
Over the past 8 years, Greg has performed over 3,000 inspections on over 4 million square feet of real estate. He is a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) and is certified in all aspects of home inspection, including roofing, plumbing, electrical, and structural.
Greg is a customer-oriented inspector who takes pride in providing his clients with the highest quality service. He is available to answer questions and provide guidance throughout the home-buying process, even after the report has been delivered.

Jordan Donohue is a NIBI CERTIFIED INSPECTOR serving the Greater Southwest Michigan Area. Jordan has been inspecting homes since 2021. Prior to starting his home inspection career, Jordan worked in the Construction Industry as a Contractor. His 10+ years of knowledge of home building has helped him to have an eye for detail with home inspections.
What Jordan enjoys the most about being a home inspector is helping homeowners make educated decisions about their homes by providing reliable, detailed, and informative home inspections. His goal is to provide you with the very best home inspection possible.
Jordan is a local born and raised in St. Joseph, Michigan. He is an avid dog lover, enjoys traveling and the outdoors.
